Women's Social - Gun Club Registration

The ladies of Willows (and friends!) at least 18 years old are invited to the Hervey Range gun club for a 9am start. Cost is $45, lunch included.

Each participant is required to provide their details above, and acknowledge and agree to the following statements:

I acknowledge that Presbyterian Church of Queensland incorporated by Letters Patent (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (PCQ) has no legal liability (including in negligence) or responsibility to me for activities undertaken in connection with the Event.

2) *

I release PCQ from liability for any damages, loss, costs and expenses that I may incur as a result of, or in connection with, the Event. I further release PCQ in respect of any proceedings, claims and demands which may be brought against PCQ as a result of, or in connection with, the Event.

3) *

I indemnify (and keep indemnified) PCQ for all damages, loss, costs and expense that PCQ may incur as a result of or in connection with the Event. I further indemnity PCQ for any proceedings, claims and demands which may be brought against PCQ as a result of, or in connection with, the Event.

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and have read this document and fully understand it.

Upon submission, you should recieve an email with important information about the event. Please read it carefully.

You will need to complete the form attached to the email (do not sign) and bring it with you to the event, along with photo ID for all participants. See email for more information.

Payment is to be made to the Gun Club on the day of the event.
